Thu August 02, 2012 We are among the many, many people whose lives were blessed by Christine. I told Judy tonight that her mom had such a beautiful way of making people feel like they were part of her family. We will always remember her gift of hospitality (my mouth waters when I remember the vegetable dinners she cooked for us!), her wisdom (which was often dispensed in short memorable "Christine-isms --- short pithy sayings that captured important llife lessons), and her loving spirit. It was her loving nature that made her a perfect nurse! Whether or not she was technically assigned to be your nurse, Christine had a way of dispensing healing just by her caring, thoughtful presence. We loved her dearly and will miss her greatly. Judy, Jackie, Bobby, Smitty, and all the rest of Christine''s family === please know that we share your loss and are praying for you right now.
