Mrs. Vaudine J. Parrish, age 82, of Vidalia died Wednesday afternoon, October 14, 2020 at her residence after an extended illness. Vaudine was a native and lifelong resident of Fitzgerald having moved to Vidalia three years ago to be near family. She was Baptist by Faith.
She is preceded in death by her husband, and both parents.
Vaudine is survived by three sons, Bill (Martha) Padgett of Vidalia, John Padgett of Fitzgerald, Bennie (Joy) Bryant of Ocilla; one sister, Lorene Norris of Fitzgerald and four grandchildren, Ryan Padgett, Faith Padgett, David & Brooklyn Kissel. Two great-grandchildren Kairi & Aurora Padgett also survive.
The family will receive friends for visitation at Ronnie L. Stewart Funeral Service Vidalia Chapel Saturday, October 17, 2020 from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm. No additional services will follow.
Ronnie L. Stewart Funeral Service Vidalia Chapel will be in charge of service arrangements.

I enjoyed sitting with her for y'all when y'all was out of town. Talking about growing up and things she experienced. It has was an honor we got to know her. Love yall, so sorry this has happened.

A Little Bit of Sunshine was sent by Kathy and Aunt Lorene . We are so sorry for the loss of Aunt Dean. Mama loved her dearly. She will be missed but she will always be in our hearts.Our prayers and thoughts are with all of you during this time.
