Mr. Kelvin Phillips, age 52, of Vidalia died Friday, May 31, 2019 at his residence in Vidalia after a sudden illness. Kelvin was a native of Texas, having graduated high school in California and lived most of his life in Northern California. He had resided in Vidalia for the past 15 years. Kelvin worked for Savannah Luggage as a maintenance technician and attended New Life Church of Vidalia
He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Helen and Clinton Phillips.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Phillips of Vidalia; one son, Nathaniel Phillips of Vidalia; one brother, Carl Phillips of Blackshear; and one sister, Karen Amii of Campbell, California. One nephew and four nieces also survive.
Memorial services for Mr. Kelvin Phillips will be held Thursday, June 6, 2019, at 1:30 PM at Stewart-Rosier Funeral Service Lyons Chapel with Pastor Rusty Houser officiating. The family will receive friends for visitation from 1:00 PM until the hour of the service.
Stewart-Rosier Funeral Service Lyons Chapel is in charge of funeral arrangements.

Lisa I am so sorry for your loss of Kelvin. I always thought of lot of him when I worked with him at Savannah luggage.

Lisa, Nathan and family. I am so sorry to hear this sad news. When I worked at Savannah Luggage Kelvin was always very respectful. I always liked for him to work on my machine. You will be in prayers.
