Mr. Malcolm Sandy Poole, age 54, of Glenwood died Friday January 25, 2019 at Boone Memorial Hospital in West Virginia after a sudden illness.
Mr. Poole was a native and lifelong resident of Glenwood. He worked for Summit Industrial as a pipe fitter. He was an avid fisherman and hunter who loved the outdoors and was Church of God by faith.
Sandy is survived by his wife, Joann Poole of Benton TN; three sons, Shannon Poole (Melissa Jones) of Forsyth, Lee Poole (Delores) of Glenwood, and Jerry Poole of S.C.; one daughter, Toni Poole of Glenwood; two step-children, Cortnie Fountain of Lumber City and Dylan Fountain of Benton TN; his parents, Mae and Sammy Montford of Alamo; three brothers, Maudiant Montford of Dublin, Timothy Poole of Glenwood and Skipper Poole of Glenwood; three sisters, Jeanette Coursey of Glenwood, Nausha King of Soperton and Genia Poole of Glenwood; and nine grandchildren, Sarah, Dagen, Jody, Taelor, AJ, Jordan, Rihana, Dynastee, and Jaden.
Funeral Services for Mr. Malcolm Sandy Poole will be held Thursday January 31, 2019 at Stewart-Rosier Funeral Service Glenwood Chapel at 7:00 PM with Reverend WR Connell officiating. The family will receive friends for visitation at the funeral home from 5:30 PM until the hour of the service.
