Patsy Wolfe Anderson passed away on May 11, 2018 in Norcross, GA. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hoke and Frances Rackley Wolfe.
She is survived by: Daughter, Sandra Anderson of Brookhaven; Son and Daughter-in-Law, Andy and Angie Anderson of Uvalda; granddaughter, Cheyenne Anderson of Uvalda; and twin brother, Pat Wolfe and his wife Elizabeth of Warthen.
After earning her first degree from Georgia Southern, she continued on to get her Master’s Degree at Piedmont College in Nashville. She taught Physical Education at Tara Elementary in Jonesboro, GA. Patsy loved to watch sports on TV, she had a love / hate relationship with the Braves. Patsy enjoyed the beach, especially Fripp Island, SC. Her girlfriends were also very important to her, as she was a member of the Red Hat Society and loved the Tara Sisterhood.
Ms. Anderson's service will be Monday, May 14, 2018, at 2:00 pm at Bethany Baptist Church in McDonough. Her family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm. There will also be a visitation on Tuesday, May 15, 2018, from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm in the Social Hall at Smyrna Methodist Church in Uvalda. A graveside service will be at 1:00 pm at Smyrna Church Cemetery.
Stewart-Rosier Funeral Service Vidalia Chapel is in charge of local funeral arrangements.
