Mr. Antolin Hernandez Barrios, age 67, of Vidalia died Friday morning, February 12, 2016, at Meadows Regional Medical Center of Vidalia after a sudden illness.
Mr. Hernandez Barrios was a native of Mexico, living in Vidalia for the past 16 years. He was a retired construction worker and Catholic by faith.
Antolin is survived by his wife, Rosalina Hernandez of Mexico; four sons, Tony Hernandez of Vidalia, Lionel Hernandez of Vidalia, Hugo Hernandez of Mexico, and Adrian Hernandez of Mexico; two daughters, Maria Hernandez of Vidalia and Concepcion Hernandez of Mexico; five brothers, Leopoldo Hernandez of Texas, Reinaldo Hernandez of Tennessee; Elias Hernandez of Mexico, Jubenal Hernandez of Mexico, and Aureliano Hernandez of Mexico; and four grandchildren.
Funeral Mass for Mr. Antolin Hernandez Barrios will be held Monday, February 15, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Stewart-Rosier Funeral Service Vidalia Chapel with Father Raphael Estrada officiating. Interment will follow at a later date in Mexico. The family will receive friends on Sunday at the funeral home from 12:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a rosary service at 4:00 PM.
