Mrs. Debbie Lockley Manning, age 58, of Vidalia died early Saturday morning, January 30, 2016 at Meadows Regional Medical Center of Vidalia after a brief illness.
Debbie was a native and lifelong resident of Toombs County. She was a homemaker.
Debbie is preceded in death by her son, Randy Nanney in 2000; her husband, Larry Manning in 2012; and sister Cindy Martin in 2012.
She is survived by her son, Richard Nanney II of Vidalia; two daughters, Amanda Edenfield of Aurora CO; and Nikki Nanney of Vidalia; her mother, Lottie Lockley of Vidalia; two brothers, Larry Lockley of Lyons and Jimmy Lockley of TN; one sister, Laverne Cannon of Cobbtown; and three grandchildren.
Memorial Services for Mrs. Debbie Lockley Manning will be held Sunday, January 31, 2016 at 3:00 PM at Stewart-Rosier Funeral Service Vidalia Chapel with Reverend Andy Williams officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:00 pm until the hour of the service.
Stewart-Rosier Funeral Service Vidalia Chapel is in charge of funeral arrangements.

I am so sorry to hear about Debbie. We bowled together when our children were babies. Nikki used to sit with me and Keeley when we took turns bowling. She always stopped and spoke just like time had not passed. The family is in my prayers
