Mr. William Shelton Adams, age 75, of Uvalda died Thursday night, December 5, 2013 at Glenwood Healthcare of Glenwood after an extended illness.

Mr. Adams was a native and lifelong resident of Uvalda.  He was a retired farmer and a member of Uvalda Baptist Church.

He is survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services for Mr. William Shelton Adams will be held Monday, December 9, 2013 AT 3:00 PM with Reverend Reece Mincey officiating.  Interment will follow in Dead River Cemetery near Uvalda.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 1:00 PM until the hour of the service.
