Caroline Elaine Barber, age 61, of Oak Park died early Wednesday morning, May 22, 2013, at her residence after a sudden illness.
Mrs. Barber was a native and lifelong resident of Toombs County. She was a waitress and Church of God by faith.
Mrs. Barber is preceded in death by her husband, Rollie Barber.
She is survived by five brothers, Charles Jr.,Gene and Wayne McCumbers, all of Oak Park, Lonnie McCumbers of Jacksonville FL and Jackie McCumbers of Soperton; and two sisters, Betty Jo McCumbers of Lyons and Virginia Ruth McCumbers of Oak Park.
Memorial Services for Caroline Elaine Barber will be held by the family Saturday, June 1, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Sharpe Cemetery.
Ronnie L. Stewart Funeral Service of Vidalia is in charge of funeral arrangements.
