Mr. Draven Trey Shumans age 25, of Mount Vernon died Friday night, August 21, 2020 in Lake Charles, Louisiana from injuries sustained from a motorcycle accident. Draven was a native of Jeff Davis County and had lived the last four years in Lake Charles working as a millwright worker.  He was Baptist by faith and attended the Sale st Baptist Church in Lake Charles.

He is survived by his wife, Kellie Shumans of Lake Charles, LA; one son, Traven Shumans of Lake Charles LA; four daughters, Kiley, Kenzie, Christine, and Ariella Shumans all of Lake Charles, LA; one brother, Dakota Shumans of Hazelhurst; mother, Kelly Boyett of Mount Vernon; father, Conway Shumans of Hazelhurst, and his maternal grandfather, Kenneth Sanders of Waynesville .

Funeral Services for Mr. Draven Trey Shumans will be held Thursday, August 27, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Ronnie L. Stewart Funeral Service Vidalia Chapel with Reverend Reece Mincey officiating.

Interment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends for visitation at the funeral home on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.
