Ms. Joan Brooke Clark Roberts, age 79, of Glenwood, died Wednesday afternoon, August 5, 2020 at Athens Regional Hospital in Athens after a brief illness. Joan was a native of Yonkers, NY and in 1977 moved to Georgia and lived most of her life in Glenwood, GA. Joan was a retired RN and was Baptist by faith.

Joan is survived by five sons, Melvin (Heather) Roberts of Loganville GA, Clark Roberts of Athens, GA, Dr. David (Jennifer) Roberts of Eastman, GA, Edward Roberts of Atlanta, GA, and Martin Roberts of Glenwood, GA; one daughter, Dawn Roberts of Warner Robins, GA; one brother, Jed (Mary Lou) Clark of Albany, NY; one sister, Scampy Clark of Kalamazoo, MI; four grandchildren, Marcie, Allison, Chloe, and John; six great-grandchildren, Jack, Kendall, Harvey, Leonardo, Archibald, and Waylon also survive.

There will not be any service arrangements per Ms. Joan Brooke Clark Roberts request.

Ronnie L. Stewart Funeral Service Glenwood Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
