Mrs. Martha Morris, age 77, of Vidalia died Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at Meadows Health of Vidalia after an extended illness. Martha was a native of Montgomery County and resided in Vidalia for the past 15 years. Martha was a homemaker and a member of Alston Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Morris; one daughter, Teresa Moody (Bruce) of Statesboro; three sisters, Jet Robinson of Vidalia, Dorothy Calhoun of Vidalia, and Johnnie Faye Morrison of Jackson, Miss. One granddaughter, Brandi of Statesboro also survives.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Martha Morris will be held Thursday, July 4, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Ronnie L. Stewart Funeral Service Vidalia Chapel with Reverend Andy Williams officiating. Interment will follow at Sharpe’s Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00PM until 2:00PM.
