Mr. Jr. Miller, age 74, of Cedar Crossing Community died Monday May 27, 2019 at Community Hospice of Vidalia after an extended illness.

Jr. was a native and lifelong resident of Toombs County. He was a retired truck driver and heavy equipment operator. He was also a member of Rocky Creek Baptist Church.

Jr. is preceded in death by his first wife, Marcell Miller; his father and mother, Estell Miller Sr. and Naomi Allen Miller; two sisters, Essie brown and Shirley Fields; and six brothers, Ervin, Andrew, Olin, Braxton, Joe and Hugh Miller.

Jr. is survived by two sons, Greg Miller of Baxley and Brian Miller of Lyons; two daughters, Lisa Smith of Cedar Crossing and Amanda Anderson and her husband Michael of Cedar Crossing. Seven grandchildren, Kayla, Caroline, Brent, Luke, Noah, Cassie, and Trevor; one great-grandchild, Isaac, and several neices and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services for Mr. Jr. Miller will be held Thursday afternoon, May 30, 2019 at 6:00 PM at Stewart-Rosier Funeral Service Vidalia Chapel with Reverend Steven Toole officiating. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends for visitation at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
