Mrs. Ann Mosley, age 80, of Vidalia died early Thursday morning, October 19, 2017 at Meadows Regional Medical Center after an extended illness.
Mrs. Mosley was a native and lifelong resident of Vidalia. She retired as an office assistant from Vidalia Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery where she worked with her son, Dr. Ronnie Mosley. Prior to working with her son, Ann touched the lives of a countless number of children when she worked as a babysitter at her home. She was a loving mother and wife who devoted her life to serving her family. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Vidalia for 66 years where she sang in the choir.
Ann is survived by her husband of 61 years, Russell Mosley; two sons, Ken Mosley and his wife Faye of Vidalia, and Dr. Ronnie Mosley and his wife Linda of Vidalia; her daughter, Dr. Kellie Mosley Mendez and her husband Dr. Kevin Mendez of Lighthouse Point, FL; five grandchildren, Rusty, Stephanie, Elizabeth, Catherine and Kevin Jr.; and four great-grandchildren, Austin, Ella, Gracie and Claira.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Ann Mosley will be held Saturday, October 21, 2017 at 11 AM at Vidalia First Baptist Church Historic Sanctuary with Reverend Don Moye, Reverend Scott Morrison and Dr. Ricky Cummings officiating. Interment will follow in Pinecrest Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening at Stewart-Rosier Funeral Service Vidalia Chapel from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
