Mr. Paul West, age 46, of Mt. Vernon died Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at Community Hospice of Vidalia after a lifelong illness. Even though born with Cerebral Palsy, Paul beat the odds becoming a survivor who loved life and loved people. He became an incredible inspiration to all who knew him.

Paul is survived by his parents, Audie and Joyce West of Mt. Vernon; one sister, Teresa West of Austin Tx; his nephew, Hunter Knam, and neice, Raven Scalia, both of Austin Tx; and his great nephew, Carter, and great niece Paisley. A lot of cousins, aunts and uncles also survive.

Funeral Services for Mr. Paul West will be held Saturday June 10, 2017, at 11:00am at Stewart-Rosier Funeral Service Vidalia Chapel with Reverend Karl Hay officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6:00pm until 8:00pm.
