James Edward “Eddie” Fountain, age 69 of Orlando, FL passed away December 14, 2012.  He was born August 29, 1943 in Vidalia to James E. Fountain Sr. and Dorothy Fountain.

Eddie was Owner/Operator of Fed-R for over 40 years where he worked as an Underground Utility Contractor.  Eddie was devoted to his family and is survived by his wife Debra, mother Dorothy; sons Anthony, Gregory J. and his wife Ann, and James E. III and wife Katie; daughters, Jennifer Russell and husband Brad and Marla Baker; brother Larry M. Fountain; sister Sue Ramey; ten grandchildren and one great grandchild. 

Funeral Services will be held in Orlando FL on Tuesday and Graveside Funeral Services will be held at Pinecrest in Vidalia on Thursday, December 20, 2012 at 11:00 AM with Reverend Robbie Rosier officiating.  Interment will follow.
