Wed August 24, 2016 We got to know Roy and Connie while we lived in Vidalia for a good part of a year, and about a year ago. He was always friendly and we loved to be with them and their little dogs at their home. And, we were able to visit and pray with him, Connie, and his brother Dan at the hospital or treatment center. And, he loved chocolate chip cookies!
We could tell that he had been a hard working man, who had an eye for quality work. It showed in his home that he built there in the woods that he loved in Lyons.
May God give rest to his soul and comfort to his family!

I am so sorry to hear about your Dad’s passing. I know you loved him so much. I remember you telling me how he was such a great story teller. I know that he is on the Lord’s bended knee sharing his great stories with him. I pray that the Lord comforts you and lays his loving hands upon you during this most difficult time.
