Mario Sanchez, age 31, of Mt. Vernon, died Friday afternoon, May 15, 2020 after injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Mario was a native and lifelong resident of Montgomery County. He was a welder and also was Catholic by Faith.

He is survived by his wife, Blanca Sanchez of Mt. Vernon; two sons, Angel Sanchez and Leonnel Sanchez, both of Mt. Vernon; one daughter, Nayelie Sanchez of Mt. Vernon; his parents, Israel and Francisca Sanchez of Mt. Vernon; one brother, Israel Sanchez Jr. of Mt. Vernon; and one sister, Claudia Sanchez of Mt. Vernon.

Graveside Funeral Services for Mario Sanchez will be held Monday, May 18, 2020 at 5:00PM at Mt. Vernon Memorial Cemetery with Reverend Moises Sanchez officiating. Interment will follow.
