Mr. Harold NeSmith age 74, of Glenwood died Sunday evening, July 24, 2016, at Candler Hospital of Savannah after an extended illness.

Mr. NeSmith was a native and lifelong resident of Glenwood.  He was a retired logger and was Methodist by faith.

Mr. NeSmith is preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte NeSmith in 1998 and his sister, Geraldine Lord in 2015.

Harold is survived by two sisters, Christine White of Alamo and Reba McNeal (Willard) of Dublin; three nephews, Ronnie McNeal of Dublin, Randy McNeal (Rebecca) of Montrose and Anthony L. White of Alamo; one niece Debra Perkins (Brian) of San Diego CA; and two great-nieces, Laura Halligan (James) of Alamo and Rachel McNeal of Cordele.

Funeral Services for Mr. Harold NeSmith will be held Wednesday July 27, 2016 at 3:00 PM at Stewart-Rosier Funeral Service Glenwood Chapel with Reverend W.R. Connell officiating.  Interment will follow at Edge Memorial Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday afternoon from 1:00 PM until the hour of the service.
